One day, mom was visiting family in Bangkok. Dad asked her to bring back some soft cookies, but by the time they made it home to Khon Kaen, those soft cookies weren’t so soft.

That got dad thinking… how can we make a cookie stay soft for several days?

He got started trying hundreds of recipes. Different ingredients, different textures, different baking methods. He wanted to see how long he could keep a cookie soft.

Around the same time, both of his daughters moved back to Khon Kaen. The three of us worked hard to make the idea and efforts of dad come to life.

And that’s how on dough way began.
